 1. How much does delivery cost?

The Daily Drinker membership price INCLUDES delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Please enquire for all other destinations.

For all wine purchases, standard delivery to a UK Mainland address is charged at £7.50 per delivery for six bottle orders. However, we offer FREE DELIVERY for orders of 12 bottles or more.

Charges for other destinations are higher:
Scottish Highlands & Islands £15.50
Northern Ireland £15.50
Non-mainland UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man £20.50

2. Where do we deliver?

You can arrange to have your wine delivered to any UK address but we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or to BFPO addresses.

3. How long does delivery take?

We will deliver your order within three working days, although deliveries to the Scottish Islands, some other areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands can take longer.

Please note that deliveries are only made between Monday and Friday, and not on public holidays.

4. Can I choose a delivery day?

You cannot specify an exact delivery day at the time of placing an order. However, when your order is collected from our depot, you will receive an email and/or a text message (depending on your preference) from our courier. Within the email there will be a link to the courier's website enabling you to track your parcel and change the preferred delivery day.  You can also opt to collect your parcel from your local depot. With the text message, you will have the option to text back or visit the courier's website to change your delivery day. Please note that there is a time delay of 12 hours after receiving your notification before you are able to view the tracking information and amend your delivery date.

5. Do I need to sign for my delivery?

We send all orders on a 48 hour "signature required" service. However, if you provide "if out" instructions to leave the wine in a safe place, the driver will act on these instructions in lieu of obtaining a signature. Where possible, your safe place should be easily accessible, sheltered from the elements and concealed from public view. Alternatively, you can request that your wines are left with a neighbour. Our couriers will leave a card to let you know where your wine has been left.

5. What happens if I am not in when my delivery arrives?

If you have provided "if out" instructions, the driver will act on these and will leave your wine where instructed. He will also leave a card to let you know where your wine has been left.

If you are not in at the time of delivery and have not provided any "if out" instructions, a card will be left to advise you that they have attempted delivery and the wine will be returned to the depot. Delivery will be attempted on the following working day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, your wine will be returned to the depot and held for two days. If you have not contacted our courier to arrange collection or re-delivery before ths time, your wine will be returned to our warehouse. You will then need to contact us to rearrange the delivery. We reserve the right to charge an additional standard delivery fee in this instance.

6. What do I do if my delivery is broken?

In the unlikely event that your wines are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

7. What do I do if my delivery does not arrive when expected?

If your wine has not arrived, please do not hesitate to contact us.
