The Cantina was founded in 1961 by 24 members, at which time it was located in the cellars of Reinthalerhof estate. In 1975 they consolidated their resources to build a brand new, state-of-the-art winery, equipped with the latest technology and modern equipment. Today the Cantina is made up of 135 members, located across the valley on steep terraced vineyards, ranging from 300m – 950m above sea level.

Tasting Notes:
A beautifully clear thing in the glass, preceding a nose of great energy and vim, of fruits both orchard and citrus, all with a herbal nuance. Fresh herbs roll over and between apple and lime and small orange fruit. There's a light prickle of the palate; has been bottled with a touch of CO2. And the delicious fruit - orchard and citrus again - quickly gathers some pretty profound spice. Through it all comes firm, green orange acidity. This is a lively and very drinkable dry white wine.
