Online wine tasting with Caspar Bowes - Bordeaux vs. Burgundy
Join Caspar online via Zoom on Friday 23rd April to taste a pair of French wines, to compare Bordeaux and Burgundy:
Two regions that seem most familiar to all lovers of French wine, but wildly different in the style of wine they produce and their respective climates, grape variety/varieties and histories. We’ll explore and explain as we taste these two classic expressions of claret and red burgundy.
The ticket price of £45 includes two full 75cl bottles of wine (one of each wine) and the Zoom link. Do with it what you will - keep the two bottles to yourself or share with others in your household. For this event, you should in theory be able to take your laptop outside and share with up to 5 other people, weather- and Boris-permitting. (Should you need more than one bottle of each wine, please email Victoria to increase your order.)
The deadline for purchasing tickets for this event is Tuesday 20th April. (The deadline for our other two-bottle online wine tasting, An Italian Pair on Friday 26th March, is Tuesday 23rd March.)
NB. Sign up for both tastings (Italian £35 and France £45) at the same time and save money. Ticket price for both events together is £72. See option below.
